Office furniture is bulky, mostly steel and MDF, and takes a beating in transit — which is why most of it doesn't sell well second-hand. Realistic paths are: donate useable pieces to a local non-profit, school, or startup (task chairs and small desks move; cubicle panels and heavy filing cabinets rarely do); resell high-end brands like Herman Miller through a used-furniture broker; or recycle at the transfer station's metal + mixed streams. We route donations first for anything usable, and take the rest to be broken down for scrap metal and mixed recycling.

Usually yes for small to mid-size jobs — a handful of workstations, a break room, a retail fit-out — if you book before 2 PM and you're in Metro Vancouver. Full-floor or warehouse cleanouts we prefer to walk through first (in person or by video) so we can send the right crew size and truck count; those we typically book 24–72 hours out. Weekends and after-hours are fine.

Yes. Every commercial job gets an itemized invoice with GST — usable for expense claims and business accounting — and we accept e-transfer, credit card, and Bitcoin (with 10% off on BTC). If you need a specific PO number, cost centre, or building code on the invoice, tell us at booking and we'll put it on there.

Yes. Evenings, early mornings, and weekends are common for us — retail landlords, restaurants closing between services, and offices doing floor clear-outs prefer we come outside of business hours. If building access is card-controlled or requires a security escort, coordinate that on your end and we'll match whatever window works.
